§ 1. Ordering:
You can order goods / services from ChuChum Aps via our website at shop.chuchum.dk or by phone / email. All contracts are concluded in Danish.
All prices are incl. VAT. For registered business customers prices are displayed without VAT.

§ 2. Payment:
We currently offer payment via credit card payment (credit card, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB Cards) and PayPal (including credit cards through PayPal).
We offer payment by bank transfer (prepayment), via mobilepay (currently only for private individuals), or by invoice (for business, and only after a individual credit check).

When paying with a credit card the card will not be charged until the package is shipped from ChuChum Aps. There cannot be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved during checkout.

§ 3. Delivery:
Delivery is agreed with the customer at the chckout of the shop order.
In the unlikely event taht there are errors or omissions in an order sent from us, please contact us as soon as possible after you receive the order.

Availability: Nearly all items on shop.chuchum.dk are in stock. We have a few items that are seasonal or special items, which is produced only at certain times of the year, or once we have received enough pre-orders. Should an item not be in stock, this is indicated on the product.
There may be an occational rare error during inventory which means that the warehouse counts are not 100% accurate, in this case there may be a longer delivery than first estimated. In this case, you will of course be contacted immediately.

§ 4. Shipping:
We ship as a general rule all orders above 850,- freight free. (for business customers this amount is 1200,- excl. vat). We ship within Denmark, an a few other destinations, if you want an order sent abroad, this can only be arranged after consultation with ChuChum Aps.

§ 5. Warranty:
As a private consumer you have a warranty, which means that if you receive an item from us which, for example, has expired, you can either get it replaced or get the money back, depending on the specific situation. This option is conditioned on the fact that the claim is justified.

Upon exercise of the Warranty, please return the product together with a description of the error or defect. In order to return an item please contact us via the Contact Us link at the top of the page. It is also possible to deliver the goods on ChuChum Aps's address in person but only by prior arrangement.

All complaints consignments shall be subject to prior agreement.

If ChuChup Aps upon receipt of a complaint can not find fault on the product, the customer will not be reimbursed the product value. It is therefore important that you as a customer describe the error as accurately as possible to us. Please enclose a description with the return package, and possibly a copy of the order confirmation or invoice, since it facilitates our work and turnaround time.

§ 6. Guarantee:
The guarantee is given on all our products, in the sense that the commodities we sell has not passed best before end (BBE/MHT) on the date of delivery.
Products with very short shelf life, will only be sold as special offers, indicating the shorter shelf life.

The guarantee and warranty do not apply to items that have been opened or where the label is damaged or to which are attached other labels. It is also not valid for items that have been eaten :-)

§ 7. Return Right, Cooling-Off Period:
You have as a private customer always a 14 days cooling-off period where you at any time may cancel your order when you shop at shop.chuchum.dk the cooling-off period is measured from the the day you receive your product.

The right may be exercised only if the item is returned in the same condition as when sold, and the right of return is forefitted if you use, store or treat the product in a way which obviously reduces the sales value significantly. Products opened can basically never returned.

If you choose to exercise this right you must pay the postage to send the product back. Contact ChuChum Aps on info@chuchum.dk or via the Contact Us link at the top of the page.

You can also exercise this right / cancel your order by refusing to accept to recieve the goods at the post office or drop it off in person at our address (by prior arrangement).

When you regret your purchase we refund the full purchase price to you. This is done by a transfer to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for returns. It is therefore important that you inform us of your bank registration number and account number.

It is not a requirement, but the expedition will be faster if adequate information is included oth the return packagee - eg a copy of order confirmation or invoice, registration number and account number of bank account to which reimbursement may be directed, copies of any prior correspondence etc.

Please note - we do not receive packages sent by COD.

It's always a good idea to save the original packaging until you have found out if you want to keep the purchased products or not.
If an item is to be returned it must be before the cooling-off period of 14 days. You must ensure the product is packaged, as we cannot reimburse for products damaged during transport.
Once the return have been validated ChuChum Aps will refund the entire purchase price.

Business Customers:
For business customers, there is no right of return, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and ChuChum Aps.
As business customers are considered private enterprises, government agencies, associations, foundations and private institutions.

§ 8. Conclusion of the Agreement:
You must accept on every purchase the terms and conditions. You are encouraged to read the terms carefully.

On shop.chuchum.dk purchase agreements with children and young people under 18 years can only be carried out by parents or others who may legally act on the child or young person's behalf.

§ 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute will be settled by Danish law by the ordinary courts.
